Superlanyard.com can ship to most addresses although available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Products from superlanyard.com can be shipped to several international regions, but cannot be shipped to some area and countries.
To make sure your delivery country is available, please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we will ask for your shipping address details including country. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship to countries unavailable in our dropdown menu.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ( "Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; These Custom duties and Taxes charges are always the recipient's responsibility. superlanyard.com is not responsible for such charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
International shipping method and time
The international shipping time depend which country do you ship to ? Any weather-related , Custom clearence related shipping delays are not within the control of superlanyard.com. We will be sent a confirmation e-mail when you place your order and when it ships. Once you receive your e-mail with tracking information, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to load in the carrier's database before trying to track your order.
We offer 3 international shipping method : International standard, International Premium and International Express. All international shipment ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the Postal Service. Shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the Postal Service. Unfortunately, you are unable to specify the carrier of their choice when placing your order. |

2.If you select a different shipping method, an APO / FPO address or an address outside the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.

We make every effort to ship orders placed before the shipping cut off of 3:00pm Pacific Time (6:00pm Eastern Time) the same business day, subject to product availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will ship the next business day. |

How do I take advantage of Super Free Shipping?
1. Place at least $150 (before tax and setup, shipping charges) of eligible
superlanyard.com products in your Shopping Cart.
(Eligible items will show  logo on page.)
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Ship your items to a single U.S. address.
4. Select "Super Free shipping" as your shipping option.
5. Place your order, and enjoy the Super free shipping!
6. Once your items are processed and available to ship, your order will be delivered
within 5-9 business days.
Super Free shipping applies to single orders shipped to mainland US addresses.
Notice:
1.Super Free shipping is not offered on orders where the shipping address is
located outside of the contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico).
2.Super Free shipping charges cannot be credited toward other shipping methods
3.If you qualify for Super Free Shipping but your order contains one or more
ineligible items, you'll be charged regular shipping fees for those ineligible items.
4.Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed,
or preference may affect your
order's eligibility for Super Saver Shipping.
5.You will not receive Super FREE Shipping on your order if any eligible items are
canceled, bringing the total below $150.
6.SuperFree Shipping applies only to orders of at least $150 of qualifying merchandise,
excluding gift-wrap charges, screen printing molding charge, pre-production
proof charge and taxes at the superlanyard.com.
7.Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.
8.Weekend delivery cannot be requested.
9.May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount is the
total amount of the products purchased before the promotional code is applied.
10.We reserve the right to change or discontinue Super FREE Shipping at any time.

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it.
It is comprised of two parts:
1.Processing time.
Processing time is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves
the warehouse. Non-custom made items of order processing time can normally take
one to two business days (But some items are exceptions) . There are many factores
have an effect short or longer processing time about a custom made products order.
Which custom made items? How many quantity? Which material?.... There is so
many factor can be influence order processing time.
2.Shipping time.
Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
Estimated shipping time depend which shipping service do you choice.

Orders of in-stock items will generally be processed within 24-48 business hours, with 90% of orders shipped within 24 business hours (holidays and weekends excluded), although this does not include out of stock items or orders pending credit card verification.

Please provide a valid and complete physical shipping address for your delivery. Orders that come back or need to be re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are subject to a minimum $15.00 rerouting/reshipping fee, at the discretion of superlanyard.com. Any package that is refused or returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a minimum $15.00 refusal/delivery failure fee and recovery of shipping fees. |
