Can you just bill me?
  Unfortunately, we can't. We do offer terms to companies and organizations with approved credit; you must have placed an order of $500 or more to have your credit application considered.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
  There are 2 situations regarding this
1.Stock item(s): Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
2.Custom made item(s): Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to making layout artwork of your custom item(s).
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Do you accept purchase orders?
  We do accept purchase orders from customers who meet the following requirements:
  • Schools (school districts, two and four-year institutions)
  • Government organizations (city, county/parish, state, or federal)

  • Please order online at www.superlanyard.com and after you place order, we will send an order confirmation note ticket to you.
    Please reply the order ticket with your copy of purchase order or send a copy of your purchase order to us by emailing us at [email protected]. We will accept 99% of purhcase orders from customers in this category; however, we reserve the right to request further documentation depending on the size of your order. Customers in this category are also still subject to our credit review and approval processes.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Now we support payment methods as below

A.Credit card style : VISA, Master and Discovery. You can choose Google checkout or Paypal to use American Express or other major creadit card.
B.Google checkout
C.Paypal
D.Money Order: We will ship your order upon receipt of your money order.
E.Purchase Order:  Superlanyard.com accepts purchase orders from companies with established credit accounts or those that meet the following qualifications
  • Schools (accredited school districts, two and four-year institutions)
  • Government agencies (city, county/parish, state, and federal)

Where is the CVV number on my credit card?
  This number is printed on your MasterCard & Visa cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card).
You can find your four-digit card verification number on the front of your American Express credit card above the credit card number on either the right or the left side of your credit card.
Can I waive setup charge when I place a redo custom order?
  For most orders, we are able to waive the setup charge, although this depends on two factors, the item ordered and the time elapsed between the original order and the redo order. Our setup charges consist of a mold imprinting fee and a handling setup fee, both of which vary with each product. Most of our products have a higher mold imprinting fee, allowing us to waive the setup charge. However, some items, such as the custom woven in logo lanyard, have a higher handling setup fee and require the charge each time an order is placed.
We retain all molds in our warehouse for up to one year, so most products are allowed a waiver on the setup charge if a redo order is placed up to one year from the original order. More detailed information about our setup charge and handling fee is available in our help article.
