How do I exchange/return an item?
 

USA Domestic customers only

If you need to return an unused product for any reason, we'll be happy to credit your account, exchange the item or give you a refund for the cost of the merchandise (less of shipping and handling charge + 15% restocking fee) if your return is received within 30 days from date of purchase.

All items being returned must be in new condition, not assembled, used or played with, in the original box, and with the manufacturer packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which may be obtained by calling our customer service staff at 714-702-5549 during regular business hours (9am – 5pm, PST).

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and products purchased with our free shipping offer will be credited less our original shipping cost. We recommend that you return your package by a carrier that requires a signature (FedEx, UPS or Certified US Mail). Please retain tracking information until credit has been received.

For all exchanges, a reshipping fee based on the new item(s) desired will be required.

What can I do when I receive a damaged or missing part?
  If there are damaged or missing parts upon receipt of your order, the manufacturer will send the replacement part(s) or item(s) at no additional cost. Please contact us and we will assist you in replacing your product.
